Wade Wimmer, NMLS 2121942, has been in commercial real estate in multiple capacities for the last 2 decades. Wade come to Aloha Capital from Bellco Home Loans, a joint venture between Cherry Creek Mortgage and Bellco Credit Union. Wade was with BHL for the last year servicing homeowners on conventional loans for first-time buyers, existing homeowners, and investors. Prior to mortgage lending, Wade was a commercial real estate broker with some of the most well-known commercial firms in the world (CBRE, Savills, JLL) representing companies (Solidfire/NetApp, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Simple Energy/Uplight, New Belgium Brewing, Upslope Brewing, TechStars, Stateless, Automox).
Wade is a graduate of the University of Colorado, 2007. An ardent supporter of Colorado Athletics. Wade has an amazing rescue pooch named, Charlie. Some of Wade’s hobbies include hosting a large on-campus tailgate prior to CU Buffs football games. Wade also has done multiple Xterra triathlons and is an active runner, cyclist, and skier. You’ll find Wade on his bike on the weekends or on his boards hitting the powder.

MULTIFAMILY VALUE-ADD




This loan program is designed for fast and efficient financing of value-add multifamily projects where the units or building needs rehab or does not qualify for bank or agency financing due to occupancy issues from the prior management team. Up to 85% of purchase and 100% of rehab up to 75% Stable value. No DSCR requirements, No Pre-Payment Penalty.
DEVELOPMENT




We provide financing for builders with entitled or shovel-ready lots or teardown projects in infill locations. We are actively funding build-to-rent and build-to-sell projects including single-family, multifamily, mixed used, condo, and townhome projects across the country. We provide 85-90% LTTC on single-family or townhome projects and 80-85% LTTC on multifamily or mixed-used projects.
PERMANENT | RENTAL

Our 30 year fixed, long-term financing allows for the aggregation of stabilized rental properties with less paperwork and frustration than working with a bank.
