Kevin joined Aloha Capital in 2017 as the COO to grow the companies lending capabilities. Kevin oversees operations, underwriting, marketing and business development functions of aloha Capital. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the alternative investment and real estate industry. At Aloha Capital, he has underwritten and funded $250 million in loans on over 1,000 real estate investment projects.
He lives in Boulder, CO with his wife, Brooke, and two young & active kiddos, Riley and Weston. He enjoys international traveling road trips around the US, and almost all outdoor/adventure sports including skiing, fishing and mountain biking.
