We offer term financing for rent-ready properties based on the cash-flow of the property, rather than the income of the borrower. Eligible properties include Single Family, 2-4 Units, Condos, and Townhomes. The loan can be on an individual property or as a blanket loan on a portfolio of properties. There is no limit to the # of properties you can finance with Aloha Capital.
